3. Help at IHN Day Center
The IHN Day center is open 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. seven days per week. There is a great need for volunteer assistance of all types during operating hours and weekend volunteers are especially needed.  Listed below are some specific needs:

- Transportation Assistants
- Office help (filing, computer work, copying, etc.)
- Family & Child Care Helpers
- General cleaning of the Day Center
- Organizing supplies or sorting donations
- Repair and Maintenance of Day Center
- Help moving families into Housing
- Weekend Activities Coordination
- Professional Volunteer Tasks
- Tutoring help for children
- Family Mentor
- Repair & Maintenance of center vehicles



4. Financial Support
IHN of Greater Johnson City is a 501(c)3 not for profit. Cash contributions greatly assist the work that is accomplished with each family. YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT IS CRITICAL to the IHN ministry and work. The average cost of assisting one family while they live at IHN is $3,300.

Any amount of support is greatly appreciated.  A pledge of $10 or more per month will assist families throughout the year.  Such assistance will make a significant difference in the lives and opportunities for these families.


5. Donations
Donate used furniture and household goods for families moving into housing.
